DESCRIPTION
⚊  Up to date, sophisticated architecture creating a definite landmark and a reference for the public image of the company. The formation and handling of the building’s volumes is made in order to provide a distinctive, dynamic shape which refers to the constant movement of the motorway
⚊  Flexible interior design with a system of a lightweight transformable panels, according to the contemporary office building design concept, in term of functionality and aesthetics. The interior panels can be adapted to the desired needs accordingly. Furthermore, there has been an organization of the departments in order to meet the needs of the room schedule provided by the company.
⚊  The design of a user friendly landscape design with a regulation of the movements with respect to the limitations of the general masterplan.
The building is situated in the south eastern corner of the available space according to the masterplan, The basic concept of the architectural solution is based on two initial rectangular volumes which ‘slide’ along each other creating two longer shapes unified by a central atrium where the two entrances are put.
The positioning of the building achieves enough parking spaces while the two wings of the office areas allows maximum natural lighting.
The two wings are embraced by the dynamic shape of a solid ‘tape’, which defines the glass volumes and provides the building with a dynamic shape. The dynamic form of the linear building is connected to the company’s identity and the concept of transportation.
The roof and the environmental space is green, creating micro clima.
